Every moment of your big day and every step along the way, we are there to assist and make your event dreams come true. From all your vendors, rentals, reservations, budget, and more, we will work with you from the date of our signed contract to make your bridal vision comes to life. Budget worksheet updates, itinerary development, seating charts, timelines, and stressful details are all left to us! From the time of our signed contract, you can add us to speed dial – you have unlimited phone and e-mail communication – Leaving you able to sit back, relax, and enjoy the bride-to-be life!
The Day of Wedding & Event Coordination Package:
All those last minute details for the big day of the wedding are covered! For the weeks leading into your wedding, we will work to coordinate with your vendors, assist with direction and wedding set-up, organize your rehearsal, hand out day-of itineraries, and be the go-to person for the day. On your big day we are there for you – unlimited!
Additional Information and Details:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure date of event.
- Events scheduled outside of Orange County, CA will be subject to a travel fee determined upon location.
- Gratuity for service is not included in pricing, customary tip amount is 15-20% of total services.
